By means of designing orthogonal experiment with three factors and four levels L8(34), the effect of combination of four kinds of trace elements as additives on anaerobic digestion efficiency of mixed material of dining-kitchen garbage with sludgy surplus was explored.The experimental result showed that the anaerobic digestion efficiency of the mixed material would be the highest when the additives amount of Fe, Co, Ni and Mo was 15, 2.0, 0.5 and 0.6 mg/L, respectively.In addition, the effect of different combination of the four trace elements on the relevant indices of fermentation of mixed material such as pH-value, NH4+-N content, VFA concentration, and coenzyme F420 concentration would be different, but the influence on the methane content in the fermentation gas would be less.%通过设计三因素四水平的正交试验L9(34),探究了4种微量元素的投加组合对餐厨垃圾和剩余污泥混合原料厌氧消化效率的影响.实验结果表明:当微量元素Fe、Co、Ni、Mo的投加量分别为15 、2.0、0.5、0.6 mg/L时,混合原料厌氧消化效率最高;另外,这4种微量元素的不同组合对混合原料发酵相关指标:NH4+-N含量、VFA浓度、辅酶F420浓度、pH值的影响存在差异,但对发酵气体成分中 甲烷含量的影响较小.
