时效处理对2024铝合金FSW接头组织及性能的影响

         

摘要

采用不同时效工艺对2024铝合金搅拌摩擦焊接头进行时效处理,与自然时效相比发现,第二相粒子数量,强度、硬度值在170 ℃和150 ℃+170 ℃人工时效后都增加,而180 ℃和150 ℃+180 ℃人工时效后都减少;特别是150 ℃+170 ℃双级人工时效后接头的性能达到了最佳,其中硬度的最小值增加了16 HV,达到了110 HV,接头的强度增加了31 MPa,达到了391 MPa.对时效后接头的断口进行分析发现断裂方式为塑性断裂.%By means of different aging processes, the aging treatment of the joint of 2024 aluminum alloy obtained with friction stir welding (FSW) was conducted.It was found by comparing them with natural aging that the number, hardness, and strength of second-phase particles were all increased after 170 ℃ and 150 ℃+170 ℃ artificial aging, but after 180 ℃and 150 ℃+180 ℃ artificial aging, all the foregoing values were reduced.Especially, the performance indices of the joint after 150 ℃+170 ℃ double-stage artificial aging reached at its optimum and, among them, the minimum of hardness increased by 16 HV and reached at 110 HV;its strength increased 31 MPa, and reached at 391 MPa.It was found by analysing the fracture of the joint after aging that the fracture would be plastic one.
