太赫兹技术在检测蛋白质类有机化合物的应用进展

         

摘要

太赫兹技术是基于太赫兹(THz) 波的远红外波段光谱测量新技术,近年来在医疗诊断、食品检测和生物研究等不同领域中的应用进展迅速.本研究结合THz 技术的特点,介绍了近年来利用THz 技术在氨基酸、肽和蛋白质的结构、构象、动力学及定量检测等方面取得的进展;比较了不同实验条件下测定的同种氨基酸和肽在THz波段的吸收系数和折射率;阐述了THz技术在研究混合氨基酸的定性、定量分析,氨基酸水溶液的应用以及不同氨基酸的THz波谱存在差异的原因; 综述了THz技术研究蛋白质构象、水合动力学、抗原抗体的相互作用和蛋白定量,初步探讨了THz技术在生物医学领域应用中的前景和待解决的问题.%Terahertz technology is based on the far-infrared spectroscopy measurement that detects terahertz (THz) waves. In recent years, its applications in medical research, food testing, and biological research have progressed rapidly. Combined with an introduction of the characteristics of the THz technology, the review described the progress made in the use of THz technology in the structure, conformation, dynamics and quantitative detection of amino acids, peptides, and proteins. A comparison was made of the absorption peaks of the same amino acids and peptides in the THz band determined under different experimental conditions. Applications were explored in the study of qualitative and quantitative analysis of mixed amino acids, THz spectra of amino acid aqueous solutions, the reasons for the differences in the THz spectra of different amino acids. Protein conformation, conformation and kinetics of protein solutions, antigen-antibody interactions and protein quantification were researched. A preliminary exploration was made of the development prospects and its urgentproblem of this technology in the biomedical field.
