自体脂肪移植新技术

摘要

Autologous fat graft is considered as the most ideal filling material of soft tissue and has already become one of the most widely used plastic and cosmetic techniques.But there has not been a unitary clinical operation standard for it,its post-operative curative effect is not certain,and various applications occur.Therefore,it is still a most controversial plastic and cosmetic technique.In recent years,a number of new clinical techniques have continuously appeared and can effectively improve the recent and latest results of autologous fat grafts.Introduced here are several new techniques and new progressions,and a caution is raised to prevent against severe complications.We hope this should be of help to relevant clinical work.%自体脂肪组织被认为是最理想的软组织充填材料,但由于缺乏统一的临床操作规范与共识,术后效果不确定以及各种并发症的发生,使该项技术虽然成为目前应用最广泛但也是最富争议的整形美容技术.近年来,在自体脂肪移植方面涌现出了诸多临床新技术,有效地提高了自体脂肪移植的近远期效果.本文介绍自体脂肪移植具有代表性的新技术和新进展,并针对严重并发症的预防提出警示,有助于进一步开展相关临床工作.
