机场气象观测信息系统的架构设计

         

摘要

Aviation weather service is the important basis for guarding the safe operation of the civil aviation.A plane is affected and restricted by meteorological conditions,whether on the ground,takeoff,landing or flight.The influence of weather on airlines is not only limited to a meteorological element or a weather event,but also comprehensive,several meteorological elements.Only through the strengthening of the monitoring and forecasting of weather constantly,and having the characteristic of this one change and rule,flying will be active.Then the flight safety would be guaranteed,the task would be completed,and economic benefits of the airfreight industry would be increased.Therefore,it is of much significance for the heightened airline security and the reduced airplane accidents which develops a set of advanced civil aviation meteorological observation information system,strengthen aviation meteorological service.Facing application requirements of an airport meteorological station,the thesis discusses the Windows operating system-based meteorological observation system architecture design.%航空气象服务是保障民航安全运行的重要基础。气象对航空的影响不仅限于某一气象要素或某种天气现象,而是受多种气象要素或天气现象的综合影响。因此,开发出一套先进的民航气象观测信息系统,加强航空气象服务,对于进一步加强飞行安全、减少由于气象原因引起的各类飞行等级事故,具有重要的意义。面向某机场气象台的应用需求,讨论了基于Windows操作系统的气象观测信息系统的架构设计。
