理工类学生身体素质与实践动手能力关系的调查研究--以兰州石化职业技术学院为例

摘要

按《国民体质测定标准》的要求评分，兰州石化职业技术学院学生体质健康状况属于合格等级范围。男生综合素质达标总分平均值明显高于女生（p ＜0．01），但女生的钳工实训和理论课成绩总平均分高于男生（p ＜0．01）。在男生、女生相互间身体素质健康状况（p ＞0．05）无显著差异，属同一等级情况下。男生实践动手能力的高低与身体的协调性、灵敏和反应速度素质有关，身体协调性好，灵敏、反应速度快的同学动手能力相对较高；女生实践动手能力的高低与身体的上下肢力量素质有关，身体上下肢力量素质好的同学实践动手能力相对较高。男生理论课成绩的高低与反映身体注意力与前庭平衡能力的单脚站立此项指标有关，注意力与前庭平衡能力强的同学理论课成绩相对较高；女生理论课成绩的高低与反映身体注意力与前庭平衡能力的单脚站立和反映身体协调性、灵敏、反应速度素质的选择反应时2项指标有关，身体协调性好，灵敏、反应速度快，注意力和前庭平衡能力强的同学理论课成绩相对较高。%Physical fitness of students in Lanzhou Petrochemical College of Vocational Technology can meet the standard of national physical fitness measurement.Male students’average scores are obviously higher than female students(p <0.01),while female students are better than male students in locksmith training courses and theory courses(p <0.01).The practical ability of male practical ability is related to their body synchronization,sensitive-ness and reaction,whereas practical ability of female practical ability is connected with their strength.It has been proved that students with higher strength will have better practical ability and also students with better concentration and balance will have higher theory course scores.Therefore,it comes to a conclusion that students with better body synchronization,sensitiveness,reaction,concentration and balance will have higher theory course scores.
