细长孔产品压铸模具结构方案优化设计

摘要

在压铸模具生产中，经常会有细长孔结构的产品，反映在压铸模中，即是细长的高凸台。由于压铸模具冲蚀性较强，造成模具结构严重冲蚀或粘模现象，生产出来的产品出现多肉缺陷。结合模具行业中的实际经验，从设计思路到加工工艺上对此类结构进行改善，提高模具的使用寿命，以满足生产要求。%In die-casting mold production,there is often a pore structure of the product is reflected in the die-casting mold,which is elongated and high boss.Since the casting mold is strong erosion,causing serious erosion mold structure or stick mode phenomenon,produced by the emergence of product defects.The authors'practical ex-perience in the mold industry,from design ideas to the process of such structures,improves and enhances the serv-ice life of the mold,in order to meet production requirements.
