从诚信视角谈干部档案造假行为的防范和管理

         

摘要

干部档案是组织人事等有关部门,按照党的干部政策,在培养、选拔和任用干部等工作中,形成的记载干部经历、政治思想、品德作风、业务能力、工作表现、工作实绩等内容的文件材料,是历史地、全面地考察了解和正确选拔使用干部的重要依据.但从近年来发现的一些问题来看,干部档案造假现象十分严重,已经影响到干部成长、评价、任用等—系列工作,本文从诚信的视角,谈论干部档案造假的防范和管理.%Cadre files are documental materials formed in the work of training,selecting and appointing cadre according to the Party's cadre policy,which record the cadre experiences,political thought,moral characters and styles,professional ability, work performance and achievement by personnel department. Therefore,cadre files are important basis on historical overall investigating, correctly selecting and appointing cadres. However, in the perspective of the existing problems, cadre file fraud behaviors have seriously influenced the work of developing,evaluating and appointing cadres in recent years. This paper analyzes the precaution and management of cadre file fraud behavior from three aspects and puts forward some corresponding coun-termeasures.
