为了提高鸡蛋包装效率,缩短加工周期,在分析鸡蛋包装系统总体布置基础上,设计了一种鸡蛋包装机器人,用于鸡蛋的装箱作业.分析了包装机器人运动学,对鸡蛋装箱作业过程进行了仿真研究,验证了设计的合理性.%In order to improve the efficiency of packaging and shorten the egg processing cycle,a kind of egg packaging robot for egg encasing assignments is designed based on general layout of egg packaging system. The kinematics of packaging robot is analysed,and the trajectory planning of encasing process is made. The rationality of design is verified by simulation study. The foundation for research and design of the control system is laid.
