党的十八届三中全会提出"一带一路"的国家战略,为金融支持新能源产业发展又一次提供了强有力的政策保障.通过了解甘肃地区新能源产业的金融支持情况,重点分析金融支持新能源产业发展中出现的金融支持不均衡、融资渠道单一、出现融资"挤出效应"和产融关系不和谐的困境及其产生原因,结合"一带一路"战略背景,提出构建适应"一带一路"战略的市场化能源金融体系、融资"供给侧"改革、化解金融风险和重塑"产融"关系等策略,实现破解金融支持新能源产业发展困境的目标.%The national strategy"The Belt and Road"put forward in the Third Plenary Session of the 18th cpc Central Committee provided once again the financial support for the development of new energy industry with a strong policy guarantee.understanding the situation of the financial support for the new energy industry in Gansu,and focusing on analysis of the unbalanced financial support,single financing channel,crowding out effect in finance and inharmonious relationship between manufacture and finance,all these dilemmas and the causes of them during the development of new energy industry,combined with the background of"The Belt and Road"strategy,a target was put forward to crack the dilemmas in financial support for the new energy industry development,which can be realized by to construct"The Belt and Road"strategic energy market-oriented financial system and reforming supply side of finance,defusing financial risks and reshaping the relationship between manufacture and finance.
