含氮电容碳的制备及其电化学性能研究

         

摘要

A polyacrylonitrile/graphene composites exhibit superior performance for high nitrogen content (5.63%)and specific surface area (2657 m2/g)has been prepared by preoxidation and chemical activation.The composites are assembled into a supercapacitor,constant current charge and discharge and cyclic voltammograms were used to study the super capacitor performance.The results show that supercapacitor electrode prepared from the composites than two monomers (polyacrylonitrile,graphene)has been significantly improved,when the current rate was 1 A/g, the specific capacitance of 240 F/g;the cyclic stability test was done at same current rate,91. 02% of the initial capacitance was retained was 5000 charge-discharge cycles;when the current density was increases to 10 A/g,the capacity holding rate was 72.2%,indicating that the capaci-tor is made of polyacrylonitrile/graphene composite material has good charge-discharge cycle per-formance and rate performance.%以热还原氧化石墨烯,聚丙烯腈为原料,借鉴湿法纺丝原理,并通过预氧化,活化过程,制备了高比表面积,高导电性的聚丙烯腈/石墨烯复合材料.并对其进行电化学测试,结果表明:复合材料电极的比电容明显高于两单体,电流密度为1 A/g 时,比电容为240 F/g;循环5000次后,容量保持率为91.02%;当电流密度增大为10 A/g 时,电容保持率为72.2%,展现了较高的循环稳定性和倍率性能.
