超吸附亚甲基蓝聚丙烯酸树脂的制备及性能研究

         

摘要

直接排放的偶氮染料废水会污染水环境, 因此, 寻找高效率的染料废水处理方法至关重要.采用本体聚合法, 以丙烯酸 (AA) 为聚合单体、偶氮二异丁腈 (AIBN) 为引发剂、N, N'-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺 (MBA) 为交联剂, 合成了一种超吸附亚甲基蓝的聚丙烯酸树脂, 通过电子显微镜和红外光谱进行形貌及结构特征表征.系统研究了聚丙烯酸树脂吸附亚甲基蓝 (MB) 的最大吸附量、吸附等温线、吸附动力学和热力学等特性.结果表明:其对MB的吸附过程是自发的, 属于以化学吸附为主的单分子层吸附, 吸附过程符合准二级吸附动力学方程;在常温、中性条件下, 聚丙烯酸树脂对亚甲基蓝的最大吸附容量可达到3 400 mg·g-1, 与活性炭相比具有更强的吸附能力.%The direct discharge of azo dye waste water will cause water environmental pollution, so it is important to find a highly efficient dye waste water treatment.The experiment is carried out on the basis of the mass polymerization method with the acrylic acid (AA) as the monomer, and azobisisobutyronitrile (AIBN) as the initiator while N and N'-methylene bisacrylamide (MBA) as cross-linking agents, however, polyacrylic acid resin for super adsorption of methylene blue (MB) was synthesized and its morphology and structural characteristics were characterized by electron microscope and FTIR.The maximum adsorption capacity, adsorption isotherm, adsorption kinetics and thermodynamics of polyacrylic acid resin for MB were systematically investigated.The results show that the adsorption process of MB is spontaneous, belonging to the single-molecule adsorption dominated by chemical adsorption, and the adsorption process conforms to the quasi-secondary adsorption kinetic equation.Under normal temperature and neutral conditions, the maximum adsorption capacity of polyacrylic acid resin for MB can reach 3 400 mg·g-1, which is stronger than the activated carbon.
