不确定环境下铁路集装箱空箱调运优化研究

         

摘要

An optimization model of empty container allocation with stochastic chance constraints and fuzzy chance constraints is proposed, in which empty container quantity supplied and empty container quantity demanded are regard as random variables,and operating ability in container operating station and routing transportation ability between container operating stations are regard as fuzzy variables. The objective is to minimize the cost of empty container allocation. After transforming the stochastic chance constraints and fuzzy chance constraints into deterministic constraints, we give an example. The computational result demonstrates that the proposed model can optimize the allocation scheme of empty container efficiently and reduce the cost of empty container allocation.%针对空箱调运过程中出现的不确定性,我们将空箱供应量和空箱需求量看作随机变量,将集装箱办理站作业能力和运输线路通过能力看作模糊变量,建立了含有随机机会约束和模糊机会约束的空箱调运优化模型,以最小化调运费用为目标.将随机机会约束和模糊机会约束分别转化为确定型约束后,给出算例,计算结果表明,该模型可以有效的优化空箱调运方案,降低空箱调运成本.
