某火电厂汽车卸煤沟煤斗基于有限元分析的事故鉴定∗

摘要

The scuttle used for unloading coal is a special large steel reinforced concrete structure which is very important in the power plant. In this paper, by combining the test of practical material property with the finite el-ement method, based on the field investigation of the coal scuttle, the cause of the accident was put forward and the treatment suggestion was provided which can provide reference for special engineer designation.%汽车卸煤沟煤斗为大型钢筋混凝土特种结构，是火力发电厂发电系统中的重要构筑物。通过对该电厂汽车卸煤沟煤斗的现场调查检测，结合实际材料力学性能的检验，并通过其在各种不同荷载工况下的有限元计算分析验证，判定其事故的主要原因并给出处理意见，供类似特种工程设计或鉴定参考。
