烟叶醇化过程中霉变原因探究

摘要

After analyzing the quality mass of total Alkaloids and Nitrogen in normal and mildewing tobacco,we got the result:the growing microbial causes the decrease of the total Alkaloid quality mass in tobacco but the increase of total Nitrogen quality mass.The percentage of Alkaloid decrease is approximate to that of Nitrogen,which shows that some of the microbial in the tobacco are through Alkaloid degradation to absorb Carbon,Hydrogen and Oxygen in it and release Nitrogen as the way of metabolism.So the possible method during the aging process is to put Nitrogen or supply vacuum.%通过对醇化过程中正常烟叶与霉变烟叶的总植物碱质量分数和总氮质量分数分析，结果显示，微生物生长导致烟叶中植物碱质量分数降低，而总氮质量分数上升，植物碱降低的百分比基本上与总氮上升的百分比近似。表明烟叶中的部分微生物是以通过降解植物碱，吸收植物碱中的碳、氢、氧，释放氮元素为代谢途径的。因此，在醇化期间通入氮气或抽真空是一种可行的方法或手段。
