我国城市少数民族流动人口社会服务管理的对策研究

摘要

Nowadays,many problems seriously restrict the development of social services management for the urban ethnic floating pop-ulation such as the laggard management concepts,imperfect benefit safeguard mechanism,weak information communication mechanism, and insufficient supervision system etc..Therefore,it′s necessary to emphasize the service concepts to improve the cognition of the sci-entific management,strengthen the safeguard mechanism to enhance the service quality,form the communication mechanism to construct the information networks to perfect the social services management for the urban ethnic floating population.%当前我国城市少数民族流动人口社会服务管理工作中服务管理理念滞后、利益保障机制不完善、信息沟通机制薄弱以及监督管理机制不健全等问题严重制约了城市少数民族流动人口社会服务管理工作的发展。为此，有必要以强化服务理念，提高少数民族流动人口科学管理的认识；完善保障机制，提高少数民族流动人口公共服务质量；形成沟通机制，建设少数民族流动人口的信息网络等路径为着力点，进而提高城市少数民族流动人口的服务管理水平。
