基于我国2003—2013年之间的省际面板数据，运用动态面板广义矩估计方法，对进出口贸易水平对我国各地区的技术创新水平的影响及存在的差异进行实证分析。研究发现：过去的创新能力对本期的技术创新能力产生了正的影响；进出口贸易水平对于促进技术创新水平的提高具有一定的作用，且进出口贸易与人力资本综合考虑，提升效果会更显著；同时，进出口贸易水平对我国技术创新的影响表现出显著的区域差异性，西部地区的进出口贸易对技术创新能力提升效果比东部地区大一些，而中部地区的进出口贸易对技术创新能力提升效果比中部地区大一些。%Based on the provincial panel data between 2003—2013 in China,this paper using dynamic panel generalized moment estimation method,makes an empirical analysis on the influence of the regional technology innovation level and differences in our country,which based on the level of import and export trade.The empirical results show that the past innovation ability has a positive influence on the current technology innovation ability;the level of import and export trade have a certain effect on promoting the improvement of technology innovation,take the level of import and export trade and human capital com-prehensive consideration,the effect of promotion will be more prominent.At the same time,the level of import and export trade showed significant regional differences on our country technical innovation ability, the western region of import and export trade has a better effect than the eastern region in improving tech-nology innovation ability,the central region of import and export trade has a better effect than the central region in improving technology innovation ability.
