顶岗实习是高职教育中将学生专业能力提升为综合性岗位能力的一个极为重要的实践教学环节。分析目前高职顶岗实习质量评价体系中存在的缺陷,从增加职业道德等评价内容,通过网络交互管理系统加强过程监控,建立“三线三级”的管理机制,引进评价指标加权模式等方面探讨了顶岗实习质量评价体系,以期实现对顶岗实习教学全过程的监控,达到以评促改和进一步提高高职教育教学质量的目的。%The post practice is a very important practical teaching link in promoting studentsprofessional ability to higher vocational ability.This paper analyzes the present defects in the post practice in higher vocational education quality evaluation system,and adds professional ethics to the evaluation content. The discussion on post practice quality evaluation is mainly about the establishment of interactive network management system to strengthen monitoring process,the establishment of “Three Ranks and Three Lines”management mechanism,introduction of evaluation index weight model to investigate the intern-ship quality evaluation system.The purpose is to achieve the internship teaching process monitoring and to achieve the purpose of promoting with the evaluation to change and to further improve the teaching quality of higher vocational education.
