大学生从“网瘾”到“手机依赖症”：问题研究及防治策略

摘要

In the internet age college students suffer from internet addiction to mobile phone addiction which seriously affect their physical and mental health .On the basis of existing research results the article analyzes the concept definition the harmful consequences the cause analysis and the prevention strategies of internet addiction and mobile phone addiction in order to provide reference and enlightenment for further research of internet addiction mobile phone addiction of college students .%互联网时代，大学生从“网络成瘾”到“手机依赖”，严重影响了他们的身心健康。因此，以现有的研究成果为基础，归纳分析了网瘾和手机依赖症的概念界定、危害后果、原因分析及防治策略，以期为大学生“网瘾”“手机依赖症”的深化研究及防治提供借鉴及启示。
