高职护理专业实践教学模式改革研究

摘要

围绕高职护理实践教学课程设置、实践培养模式、护理专业实践育人方法手段革新等几个方面,加强高职护理专业实践教学建设,对提升护理专业技能和人才培养效果进行探索,以期总结经验,交流学习,全面提升护理专业实践育人的效果.%Attempt is made in the aspect of practice teaching course offering,practice training mode,and the innovative methods in educating to strengthen practice teaching construction and improve students' skill and students' training effect for nursing specialty in vocational college.By means of summing up experience and learning exchange,effect of educating people through practice can be enhanced for the major of nursing.
