清代徽州社会宗族内部关系调节与控制--以《徽州文书》中所见献产文契为中心

摘要

在明清时期的徽州，宗族在民众日常生活中扮演着重要角色，了解宗族内部关系是研究徽州社会宗族不可缺少的部分。因此，试图以目前所见《徽州文书》中捐献财产文契为中心研究清代徽州宗族内部关系的调节与控制。%During the Ming and Qing Dynasties, the clans plays an important role in the daily life of the people in Huizhou.It is an indispensable part to understand the internal relations of the clan in Huizhou.This paper attempts to indicate regulation and control of the internal relationship of Huizhou clans in the Qing dynasty according to the documents concerning the donated in the book Huizhou Documents.
