PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for carrying out calculation process of an amount of fund pool for social welfare by planning and adjusting mathematical calculation fee of social economic increase overall calculation fee and others, and numerical value and fee for putting primary balance of the government as a center into black in order to increase the revenue of social welfare.;SOLUTION: A program includes a social welfare revenue increase calculation process, while performing a control to increase and decrease issuing public bonds and government bonds as the primary balance fund for producing remittance money to all social welfare while in association with a mathematical calculation fee of social economic increase overall calculation fee, numerical figures, and money for putting the primary balance of the government into black in steps.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1;COPYRIGHT: (C)2017,JPO&INPIT
