高职院校新生班级建设的思考

摘要

This paper hold that freshmen classes’ construction should put career planning as the main line .We should pay special attention to the importance of class cadres ,dormitory heads ,make class ,dormitory and personal objectives ,strengthen the awareness of following the rules ,objectives ,set up harmonious interpersonal relationship and improve the ideology .T he routes are:self -education ,college education ,social education ,family education and network education .%就高职院校新生班级建设提出了以生涯规划为主线，重视班干部和寝室长队伍建设，制定班级、宿舍和个人目标，实施增强规范意识、树立目标意识、建立和谐的人际关系、提升思想境界的教育，通过自我教育、学校教育、社会教育、家庭教育、网络教育等途径推进的“一二三四五”工作思路。
