完善高校学生申诉权益保障机制的几点思考

摘要

本文阐述了建立高校学生申诉权益保障机制的必要性，分析了现阶段学生申诉制度存在的主要问题，并从教育理念、制度建设、程序规范、处理方式、诉后救济等方面提出了完善高校学生申诉权益保障机制的建议，具有一定的参考价值。%The paper discusses on the necessity of college students ’ rights appealing and protection system , analyses the major problems behind the current system and then give suggestions to the perfection of the system from the aspects of education philosophy ,principle establishment ,procedures ,handling methods ,after-appealing help .
