浅谈大学生就业心理与对策

摘要

受传统观念和不完善就业市场机制影响，大学生就业仍存在片面追求高薪、体面职业的现象。应尽快完善我国毕业生就业机制，大力深化高校内部教育改革，引导学生客观认识自我，树立正确的择业观。%Influenced by traditional concepts and imperfect labor market mechanism ,the phenomenon of going after high salary and dignity alone still exists .Graduate employment mechanism should be perfected as soon as possi-ble and internal education reform in colleges should be deepened to guide students to obtain objective self -under-standing and set up correct idea of choosing occupation .
