潇河流域水利史研究的回顾与展望

摘要

The Xiao River originates in Douquanling Village, Zhanshang Town, Xiyang County, Jinzhong City, running from east to west through the centre of Shanxi and goes into the Fen River in Qingxu County Taiyuan City. It is 137 kilometers long, covering nearly 4000 square kilometers. It is the second largest tributary of the Fen River. A lot of scholars have made effective researches on the water conservancy of the Xiao River, but many scholars＇ researches still stay on the level of irrigation, water conservancy project and technology introduction, the phenomenon of simply repeating research being quite obvious. Further more, the research theory and method is relatively simple. In future, the study of water conservancy of the Xiao River basin should be reviewed on the basis of multi-discipline, from the perspective of history, sociology, ecology.%潇河发源于晋中市昔阳县沾尚镇陡泉岭，自东向西流经山西中部，于太原市清徐县注入汾河，全长137km，流域面积近4000km^2，是汾河的第二大支流。有不少学者对潇河水利方面已进行了卓有成效的研究，对今后水利事业的开展有一定借鉴意义。但是，很多学者的研究停留在农田水利工程与技术介绍的层面之上，而且简单重复的现象比较明显，研究理论和方法较为单一。今后潇河流域水利问题的研究应综合多学科。从历史、社会、生态多方面对潇河重新进行审视。
