一种基于人工神经网络的信息 SNP 选择方法研究

摘要

针对当前信息 SNP 选择方法中存在预测准确度较低及时间复杂度高等问题，设计了一种基于人工神经网络的信息 SNP 选择方法，该方法采用两阶段设计框架优化信息 SNP 选择过程。实验结果表明，该方法在预测准确度及运行时间等指标上具有一定优越性。%Because of low prediction accuracy and high time complexity of information of the current SNP selection methods,we design an information SNP selection method based on arti-ficial neural networks,which uses a two-stage design framework to optimize information SNP selection process.The experimental results show that this method has some advantages in im-proving prediction accuracy and running time.
