In the face of rapid expansion of school size and the "all-round" tendency, the newly- built application-oriented undergraduate colleges are faced with numerous construction of the collaborative system of industry, academic institutes and s From the developmental process of application-oriented colleges, this article difficulties in Cl e entific labora resear the oh. tes on the importance of cooperation, analyzes the constraints in the construction of the system, and then advances some propositions to promote the construction of the system in the newly-established application-oriented colleges.%面对学校规模快速扩展与“全能化”，新建应用型本科院校产学研体系建设面临众多难题。从应用型本科院校发展路径人手，阐述产学研合作的重要作用，结合新建应用型本科院校特点，分析新建应用型本科院校产学研体系建设中面临的约束，进而提出促进新建应用型本科院校产学研体系建设的建议。
