基于供应链视角的高校食堂采购管理研究--以南京高校为例

摘要

The optimization of procurement management is an important guarantee to increase market competitiveness of the college canteen.From the perspective of the supply chain,taking Nanjing college canteen as example,this article briefly describes the supply chain structure of college canteen, and procurement management; then analyzes the present procurement situation of Nanjing college canteen.Furthermore,the author proposes some optimization solu-tions aiming at existing problems of procurement management in the college canteen.%优化采购管理是增加高校食堂市场竞争力的重要保障。从供应链的角度，以南京高校食堂为例，简要阐述高校食堂供应链结构与采购管理，分析南京高校食堂采购现状，进而针对食堂采购管理中存在的问题提出优化方案。
