Caspases与细胞凋亡(综述)

     

摘要

Caspases是一组天门冬氨酸特异性的半胱氨酸蛋白酶。Caspases在凋亡信号作用下发生逐级水解活化,最后裂解细胞的结构蛋白和功能蛋白,使细胞分解引起凋亡,故Caspases的活化是导致凋亡的中心环节。本文阐述了Caspase家族的一般特性及其在凋亡中的作用,Caspases与凋亡调控基因蛋白的相互关系及Caspases在凋亡相关疾病防治中的应用前景。%Caspases was a family of cystein protease with aspartic acid specificity. These enzymes participate in a cascade that is triggered in response to proapoptotic signals and culminates in cleavage of a set of proteins, resulting in disassemble of the cell. So the activation of Caspases was the central component for inducing apoptosis. In this review, properties of Caspases and their important roles in apoptosis were described, also discussed the regulators and the potential therapeutic utility of Caspase modulation.
