喷雾流化干燥气液流动特性数值模拟

     

摘要

The flowing rule for the gas and liquid particles has been analyzed by simulating spray flu-idized drying process in the CFDesing dry tower model. The dry tower model with CFDesing was been de-signed. The field of velocity, pressure, stress, vortex, energy for gas particles, the field of velocity, pressure for liquid particles, and the liquid particles movement track were been simulated by using the model. The simulating data and charts prove that, the velocity, stress, pressure of the gas particles are proportional to the whisk's rotation rate, and the velocity of the liquid particles near the central axes and borderline is most equal.%采用CFDesign进行干燥塔喷雾流化干燥模拟实验,分析干燥塔内气液两相流动特性与规律.简述CFDesign的性能与干燥塔模型,进行了干燥塔内气相速度场、压力场、应力场、涡流场、能量场的模拟实验;以及液滴速度场、速度场、压力场和运动轨迹的模拟实验;由实验获得的分布图与数据分析,得到气相速度、应力、压力大小与搅拌转速成正比,液滴在中心轴线和边界具有较大的速度等分布规律.
