环糊精模拟酶β-benzyme的合成

摘要

The cyclodextrins imitating enzyme β-benzyme,was synthesized from commercially low-cost β-cyclodextrin,2-bromobenzaldehyde and ethyl 2,3-dioxobutanoate.The overall yield for this five-step process reached 5 1 .8%.
