心脏康复治疗改善稳定性冠心病合并糖尿病患者的预后

摘要

Aim:To explore the effect of cardiac rehabilitation treatment on the prognosis of patients with stable coronary artery disease(CAD)and diabetes.Methods: Patients with stable CAD and diabetes from Dec 2012 to Dec 2015 after hospitalization were included and divided randomly into high or low rehabilitation group based on the rehabilitation times;Patients without rehabilitation were selected as non-rehabilitation group.The volume of METs and HbA1c, the number of patients occurred with heart failure,angina, arrhythmia, myocardial infarction, readmission and cardiovascular or other death were recorded during the 1 year follow-up visit.Results: The statistical data showed that rehabilitation significantly increased METs, decreased the percentage of HbA1c, reduced the occurrence of heart failure,angina,arrhythmia,myocardial infarction and readmission.The higher rehabilitation times,the lower these complications occurred.Conclusion:Cardiac rehabilitation treatment significantly increased the prognosis of patients with stable CAD and diabetes, which could be an effective treatment for these patients.%目的:观察心脏康复治疗对稳定性冠心病合并糖尿病患者预后的影响.方法:选取心内科出院的稳定性冠心病合并2型糖尿病患者,随机分为高康复治疗组、低康复治疗组和未康复治疗组.记录每组患者出院后12个月内运动耐受能力、糖化血红蛋白水平以及发生心衰、心绞痛、心律失常、心肌梗死、再次入院、心血管死亡及其他原因死亡等事件.结果:心脏康复治疗可明显增加患者的运动耐量,降低糖化血红蛋白水平;可降低患者心衰、心绞痛、心律失常、心肌梗死等事件发生,减少患者的再入院次数,且与心脏康复治疗次数相关,与低康复治疗组比,高康复治疗组事件发生率显著降低.结论:心脏康复治疗对于稳定性冠心病合并糖尿病患者的预后有明显改善,可成为该类患者的一种有效治疗方式.
