模糊环境下的海上溢油应急选址模型

摘要

Under the complicated and uncertain marine environment, in order to select the ocean oil spill emergency site reasonably, the selected location model of ocean oil spill emergency with triangle fuzzy numbers is established on the basis of maximum covering location model. At the same time, the algorithm of the model is given, and the availability of the proposed method is verified by the numerical example.%针对海上环境的复杂性和不确定性，为了合理选择海上溢油应急服务设施点，从最大覆盖选址问题进行研究，构建了基于三角模糊数的最大覆盖模型，并给出模型的具体算法．结果表明，该模型对解决模糊环境下的海上溢油应急服务设施点布设是有效的．
