On the basis of research about economic factors of information demands and a number of statistics at home and abroad, an economic model about information demands and increases is built. With the model our country's information demands can be forecasted.This model is a valuable reference for the investment in the development of information resource.%在分析了影响信息需求经济因素及国内外统计资料的基础上，建立了信息需求增长的经济模型，并运用该模型对我国信息需求进行了预测。该模型对信息资源的投资建设具有一定的参考价值。
