基于聚醚醚酮保持架的角接触球轴承特性仿真

         

摘要

针对高速重载工况下轴承保持架产生的问题导致轴承接触区摩擦温度升高,甚至诱发轴承失效的情况,将采用聚醚醚酮(PEEK)材料设计的带有突出侧梁结构的新型保持架装配的7014型号角接触球轴承与传统的胶木材料保持架轴承进行了对比分析.应用Fluent软件建立有限元模型进行数值分析,并通过轴承温升试验验证了数值模拟的正确性,研究了在不同工况下PEEK保持架的新结构对轴承腔内气流场的影响以及新材料对轴承温度场的影响,验证了PEEK轴承保持架的良好工作性能.%The performance of bearing cage has great influence on the bearing working situation under the conditions of high speed and heavy load.The problem of cage may result in temperature rise due to friction in the contact area and even lead to bearing failure.To solve the key problem,a new structure 7014 angular contact ball bearing with side beams of polyetheretherketone (PEEK) cage is compared with the traditional bakelite cage.Two models are established using finite element method,and the numerical simulation is verified by bear temperature rise experiments.Using Fluent,the influence of the new structure of PEEK cage on the bearing airflow field,and the influence of the new material property on the bearing temperature field are studied.Finally,the PEEK cage is verified to have a good working performance.
