3D打印技术知识产权视域下的合理使用问题研究

摘要

Owing to the promising future of 3D printing,it is necessary to study the definitions,properties and possible challenges of the rational use of the technology and how a user will defend for his use of it. At the same time,other problems also need addressing such as distinction between individual printing, perfection of criteria about“rationality of use”and payment for personal photocopy. In brief,the solutions to these issues will pave the way for the development of 3D printing technology.%3D打印极具广阔前景，因此，我们需研究其原理、发展状况以及合理使用的界定和价值、特性、挑战、使用者的抗辩，并通过区分个人打印与单位打印、完善“合理性”判断标准、设置私人复制金等制度来完善合理使用问题，为3D打印发展清障碍。
