基于创新创业型人才培养的高校创业园模块化设计研究

摘要

Since innovation and entrepreneurship education in universities focuses on the cultivation of innovation and entrepreneurship-oriented talents to meet social demands, incubator parks set up in universities are naturally practical bases to complete the task. In the paper below, a modular design for such parks was presented including modules of human resource management, general education, special skills and finance and administration.%推进高校创新创业教育的核心任务是培养符合社会需求的创新创业型人才, 高校创业园理应成为培养创新创业型人才的实践基地.从实践出发, 深入探索基于创新创业型人才培养的高校创业园模块化的设计, 包括人力资源管理模块、通识教育模块、专项技能模块和金融与行政模块.
