中外优秀男子10公里竞走运动员竞走技术对比分析

         

摘要

Research purposes:the analysis of Chinese and foreign elite male 10 km race walking athletes race walking technology characteristics and differences of from the perspective of technical movement analysis for the 2014 World Cup in the iaaf race walk-ing man 10 kilometers of Chinese and foreign excellent athletes in the match technique for diagnosis and analysis, and compari-son, to find the advantages and disadvantages of walkers walking technology in China, to provide the accurate movement technical reference for the coaches and athletes and suggestion. The main research method is motion technology film and image analytical method. Results:1) the Chinese athletes Gao Wen-kui gradually changed the traditional technology and characteristics of high frequency "small step", but the step increase led to a lower frequency. About basic step amplitude balance and center of gravity is moving fast. Leng Xiao but remains the technical features of high frequency"small step", and around the step amplitude unbal-ance, center of gravity move slower. 2) Gao Wenkui and foul Leng Xiao long hang time and close to the critical value. 3) on the top of the head fluctuation, Chinese athletes is better than foreign athletes. 4) compared with the foreign excellent athletes, the ankle of the walker stretching amplitude is smaller. 5) Gao Wenkui right leg touchdown instant knee Angle is not in conformity with the naked eye can be observed. 6) when the Chinese athletes in the vertical support the technical features of the knee joint Angle "the bow". Suggested our country athletes pay attention to the optimized combination of step length and step frequency, strictly control the hang time, to strengthen the ankle exercises.%研究目的:分析中外优秀男子10公里竞走运动员竞走技术的特点和差异.主要研究方法:运动技术拍摄和图像解析法.研究结果:1)中国运动员高文魁左右迈步幅度基本平衡,重心移动速度较快.冷晓左右迈步幅度不平衡,重心移动速度较慢.2)高文魁和冷晓的腾空时间较长且接近犯规的临界值.3)在头顶点波动方面中国运动员好于国外运动员.4)与国外优秀运动员相比,我国竞走运动员的踝关节蹬伸幅度较小.5)高文魁右腿着地瞬间膝角不符合肉眼可观察到的范围.6)中国运动员在垂直支撑时膝关节角度"反弓"的技术特征明显.建议我国运动员注重步长和步频的优化组合,严格控制好腾空时间,加强踝关节力量练习.
