在北京成功申办2022年冬奥会的背景下,运用文献资料、逻辑分析及实地调研等方法,发现韩国冬季体育项目开展的相关体育政策的实施、资金的投入,冬季体育项目场地的建设、活动的组织与开展、冬季体育项目的推广以及冬季体育项目人才的培养等方面为我国冬季体育项目发展提供了有益参考.中国冬季体育项目的发展可适当借鉴韩国冬季运动的发展经验,推行政府主导的福利性体育,多元措施完善人才培养体系,依托"北冰南展"促进民间冬季体育项目开展,多元化投融资模式场馆设施的建设以推进本国冬季体育项目的快速发展.%Under the background of China' s success in bidding 2022 Olympic Winter Games, Korea- -whose implementation of the policy and financial input in the related winter sports, the winter sports athletic field construction, the activity organization and promotion , and generalization of winter sports and cultivation in winter sporting events talents, for China' s carrying out in winter sports.
