摘要

Abstract： In modernized course, political value is not only the measure of value wellhead building various so cial systems, and also fountainhead of building a series of ethics code. With the development of the society, the political values and goals must%现代化进程中，政治价值不仅是建立各种社会制度的价值源泉，也是社会建立一系列道德规范的价值尺度。随着社会发展，政治发展的价值目标必然发生转换。结合发展中国家现代化实际，本文从政治发展的涵义和特点、结构和功能，政治发展的价值目标的选择等几个方面做以尝试性研究。
