随着大学英语教学改革浪潮的兴起,高校英语教师专业发展问题越来越得到教育界的关注。本文客观地分析了影响高校英语教师专业发展的内因和外因,希望能为高校英语教师专业发展研究提供参考。%With the development of the reform in college English teaching, the professional development of college English teaching has been receiving more and more attention. This paper analyses the internal and external elements influencing the professional development of college English teachers objectively in order to provide reference for the research on this issue.
