苯乙烯焦油中反式1，2-二苯乙烯的提取与纯化

摘要

Styrene tar is the industrial waste from styrene industry. It is mainly contained styrene,(E )-stilbene,phenols and other oligomer always. The extraction of (E )-stilbene from styrene tar is beneficial for improving economic performance and decreasing waste amount,so there is real meaning and research value. Extraction and purification of (E)-stilbene from styrene tar is studied in this paper.While the tar is dealt with alkaline-washing,liquid-liquid separating and distilling,then any fractions are collected before 360 ℃. After freezing,crystallization,washing and recrystallization process,then the (E)-stilbene is obtained with purity >98%. The recovery yield of (E )-stilbene is 80% under the optimal condition and accounts for about 4% of the tar.%苯乙烯焦油是在苯乙烯生成过程中生成的工业废料，其中主要含有苯乙烯、反式1，2-二苯乙烯、酚类物质和其它低聚物。在对苯乙烯焦油中的苯乙烯回收过程中，二苯乙烯的提取，有利于提高经济效益，减少废弃物的排放，具有一定的实际意义和研究价值。本文对苯乙烯焦油中的，二苯乙烯的提取进行研究。苯乙烯焦油经过碱洗、分液、蒸馏，收集360℃前的馏分，经冷冻、结晶、过滤、洗涤、重结晶，得到＞98％二苯乙烯；在最佳操作条件下，二苯乙烯的收率为80％，占焦油量的4％。
