京桃株间种子重量差异的研究

摘要

The difference of weight percentage of seed in cone and seed weight was researched by taking different plant ’ s seeds of Prunus davidiana as object.The result showed that the average value of weight percentage of seed was 34.7%. The change range was between 31.22%and 38.46%.The arrangement of weight percentage of seed in cone was No .5>No.3>No.2>No.1>No.4.The change range of seed weight of each plant was between 2 585.0 g and 4 852.5 g.The av-erage value was 3 650.9 g.The highest was 1.9 times as much as the lowest .The arrangement of seed weight was No .2>No.5>No.3>No.1>No.4.The seed weight difference of each plant was highly remarkable ( F0.01 =2 659**) through variance analysis and F test.The site environmental and climatic conditions were basically the same .The major factor of difference was the difference of individual plant heredity .%以京桃不同植株种子为材料，研究其出种率和种子重量差异，结果表明：各植株出种率均值为34．7％，变化范围在31．22％～38．46％之间，出种率高低排序依次为5号树＞3号树＞2号树＞1号树＞4号树。各植株种子重量值变化范围在2585．0～4852．5 g之间，平均值为3650．9 g，最高为最低的1．9倍，种子重量大小排序依次为2号树＞5号树＞3号树＞1号树＞4号树；经方差分析和F检验，株间种子重量差异极显著（F0．01＝2659倡倡），立地环境与气候条件基本一致，株间遗传性不同是差异产生的主要因素。
