作为国际资本流动的主要方式之一,外商直接投资可以有效地推动发展中国家的经济增长,所以,研究外资的利用情况对于处在工业化进程中的中国具有十分重要的意义。本文在总结现有文献资料、概述我国利用外资情况的基础上,首先分析了外商直接投资与经济增长的关系,然后从其积极作用和消极作用两个方面探讨了外商直接投资对中国经济增长的影响。最后,就如何有效利用外商直接投资提出了建议。%As a main way of International capital flows,Foreign Direct Investment can accelerate developing countries’ economic growth.Therefore,the study for the use of foreign capital is of great significance to China which is in the economic take-off stage and the industrialization period.This paper firstly analyzes the relationship between Foreign Direct Investment and the economic growth,and secondly discusses the influences about the economic growth which Foreign Direct Investment has brought into China in detail from both the positive and negative aspects,based on the review of current literature and summarizations about the situation of the use of foreign capital in China.In the end,the paper proposes several feasible countermeasures after the analyses of the sustainable influences caused by Foreign Direct Investment towards China.
