对代理国库业务实施监管的措施及建议

近年来,随着财税、金融体制改革步伐加快,商业银行代理国库业务运行中的新情况、新问题已不断反映到国家预算制度执行的各环节中。本文在深入分析这些问题的基础上,就如何对代理国库业务进行有效监督提出相关建议。%With the accelerated pace of the fiscal and financial system reform, the new conditions and problems in acting for state treasury business by commercial bank has reflected in every link in implementation on state budget. On the basis of analysis on the problems deeply, this paper put forward the relevant suggestions on how to exercise supervision on acting for state treasury effectively.
