证券行业商业模式的改革与发展探索

The development of the securities industry is facing new challenges and opportunities, especially the development of the business model of the securities industry. On the one hand, the development of China's securities industry should actively learn from the development of the business model of the international investment banking, including profit business mode, service business mode, operation business mode. On the other hand, to boost the development of China's securities industry favourably, China's securities industry needs, according to the existing contradictions and dilemmas, promote further exploration and reform to change the business model of profit, administration, operation, service and human resource configuration mode.%证券行业的发展面临新的挑战和机遇，尤其是证券行业的商业模式，有待提高和强化。一方面，中国证券行业的发展要积极借鉴国际投行商业模式的发展，在经营模式、服务模式、盈利模式上需要积极借鉴；另一方面，中国的证券行业需要根据现有的发展矛盾和困境，在盈利模式、管理模式、经营模式、服务模式以及人力资源配置模式上需要进行进一步的探索和改革，以进一步促进我国证券行业的发展。
