中国（上海）自由贸易试验区金融创新研究

摘要

随着央行《意见》的出台，上海自贸区已成为中国金融改革开放的试验田。上海自贸区在金融领域的制度创新主要集中在人民币资本项目可兑换、利率市场化、人民币跨境使用、外汇管理体制改革以及监管转型等方面。上海自贸区的金融改革意义重大，对上海国际金融中心的建设、中国金融机构的发展以及人民币的国际化都具有非常积极的影响。%With the introduction of the "opinions" of Central Bank , Shanghai Free Trade Zone has become a testing ground for China's financial reform and opening up. The financial innovation of Shanghai Free Trade Zone focuses on the RMB capital account convertibility, the interest rate market, the RMB cross-border use, the reform of foreign exchange management system , and the regulatory restructuring and so on. The ifnancial reform of Shanghai Free Trade Zone is significant, and has very positive effects on the construction of Shanghai international financial center, the development of China's ifnancial institutions as well as the internationalization of the RMB.
