超声提取-吸附分离-气相色谱法测定土壤中有机磷和阿特拉津农药残留

摘要

A capillary gas chromatography for determining atrazine residue and residual organophosphoms of three kinds of organophosphorus pesticides in soil, dichlorvos, phomte and Rogor, was established.These residues were extracted with hexane/acetone (1:1, V/V) by ultrasound extraction.The method is of wider range of application and better results.Recovery of the method is 80.2 ％-93.9 ％, RSD is 3.81％-8.79％, and detection limit is 0.35-0.45 μg/kg.%以V(正己烷):V(丙酮)=1:1为提取剂,采用超声提取、毛细管柱气相色谱法测定了土壤中敌敌畏、甲拌磷、乐果3种有机磷及阿特拉津农药残留.结果表明:该方法的回收率为80.2%～93.9%,相对标准偏差为3.81%～8.79%,检出限为0.35～0.45μg/kg.
