Myostatin (MSTN) is a negative regulator of muscle growth and development, whose function regulation is very important in animal production. In this paper, recent advances in regulation of MSTN function were reviewed on the genetic breeding and gene recombination, immune neutralization, MSTN binding protein, receptor binding and signal transduction.%肌肉生成抑制素( Myostatin,MSTN)作为骨骼肌发育的负调控因子,其调控功能对畜牧生产具有重要的意义.从遗传选育、基因重组、免疫中和、MSTN结合蛋白以及受体结合与信号转导等方面综述了MSTN调控的最新研究进展.
